Working as a magazine designer in the west end and struggling to conceive my first child, I turned to yoga as a way to cope and manage my emotions. Yoga gave me somewhere to escape to, offering me space to breathe, recenter and gain clarity.
Continuing my yoga practice through pregnancy, I found it a peaceful and grounding way to maintain physical strength, become even more aware of my own body and connect with my baby. The relaxation and quality sleep was an added bonus!

Inspired by Elise, my passion and love for yoga grew and I embarked on the same Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training course with Sally Parkes, qualifying as a Pregnancy, Postnatal and Mum & Baby yoga teacher.

8 years of trying and 2 pregnancies later, I am now a stay at home mum to a 6 year old boy and an 8 month old girl. When I’m not running around after my family, I enjoy reformer Pilates, baking cakes and when I can, reading a good book. I’m still passionate about anything fertility related and always have time to talk.
I am excited to start working with Elise and all the expectant mums and I hope to provide a class that offers a well deserved practice for you to breathe, unwind and connect with your body and baby, leaving you feeling relaxed, energised and recharged.
